• The Cape Fear River Steamers (Wilder Days on the Cape Fear)
  • This was my first use of WordPress.com.  I needed a way to make my research on the paddlewheel steamboats that ran on the Cape Fear River in North Carolina, available to a large audience.  “Wilder Days on the Cape Fear” is a play on the name of Jesse Wilder, who was a distant in-law, and an interesting personality.
